You must be extremely experienced with MS Project / Primavera software (or similar)

You will need to understand how to create an “Overall Project S Curves” in MS excel.

This task will be used to teach me how this works. Please keep it basic and explain any complex formulas. There are a number of tasks, this is Task 1.

Task 1

Fully populate the attached “Overall Project S Curves” excel spreadsheet.

This includes leaving all formulas in place so I can understand how the outcome was achieved. (Comments also may be needed to explain where the values came from)

The Progress to date has been saved from MS Project, the data date is the 18/02/2016

Spreadsheet Tabs:

Baseline Data –

- Populate the calendar/table with values and Cumulative Forecast Plan % at the base

Actual Data

- Use the Progress to date to assist with your workings (Make sure your actual is not the same as Baseline so it is easy to see)

Forecast Data

- Populate based on your other data

Chart

- Populate based on your other data

Project is required ASAP.
