I have a Excel file (see attachment) that i use to calculate offers and write contracts. It already write a contract, and now i want the same file, to be able to write another contract, just like the one PDF attached here. So, I want the freelancer to create a button called "Send FBAR Contract to customer e-mail now" which will stay close to the other existing button called "Send offer to customer e-mail now" The freelancer will create a list of all parameters to be used for this contract, like checkboxes and other variables, at the tab called "emailer setup". When the user click on this button called "Send FBAR Contract to customer e-mail now", excel will get the data from excel cells and fill in the document, generating a PDF and send this PDF by e-mail, just like the other existing button already does. When sending your bid, please say if you can make Excel send this PDF files via e-mail or not.

I have expertise in: Excel : data extraction, consolidation from multiple sheets, workbook and external databases, doing data analysis by grouping, using pivot, reporting. Use VBA scripting write macros to do automation within excel. I have written macros for consolidation, pulling data from different sheets based on criteria enabling the macro by click of the button. Sending the email is doable. If you could send the word format of the pdf as well it would quicken the email template process.
