Animated Banner for current FLASH Website

We require an addition to our current flash website, where a banner will appear in the middle of the page upon the page loading. Depending on the button the browswer clicks on, it will take them to an application form or it will allow them to view the original website. The banner and Image are already designed set up in PSD formats. In brief ... * The banner to appear in the middle of the page. * On the banner there will be two options .. 1) for them to click to go to the application form or the click on a link to let them view the website. 2) When they click on one of the two buttons the banner will break up and explode towards the screen and take them to the application form. 3) If they click on the cancel button, the banner gets zoomed out, as if it is sucked into the page and then allows them to browse through the website.
