Auto refresh software for real estate appraisal company

Description We need a software program which will auto-refresh an “Available Orders” screen (in Windows browser) every few seconds and detect if a new order has been posted by our client. We are competing with other vendors to be the first to respond to an available order. As soon as a new order is posted, the program must be able to read information and respond instantly in order to claim the work order. We use several the appraisal vending websites. Currently the sites must be refreshed manually. Once in queue the screen changes to an order screen with a command to accept or deny the order. Time is of the essense. We would require software to manage the task and to assist us in our efforts to secure orders from the vendor's websites. The software would auto-refresh the page, read changes, follow commands and maintain a count. Working copy required prior to release of funds from escrow. Note that several other employers posted a similar request last month – we need the same functionality.
