Conversion of Flash Website to HTML

I currently have a flash based website that I struggle to update and would therefore like to convert it all to HTML format, with as much of the current look and feel as possible to remain intact. I would be happy for some of the flash elements to remain, but these would need to be inserted into html coding etc. somehow to make the site compatible for viewing on iPads/ iPhones etc. I would ideally like to keep the appearance of the angled/ overlapped text etc. and some of the side menu styles, but definitely want to change the way the portfolio examples appear. These need to be very easily updateable in Dreamweaver (possibly using javascript style mouseovers etc. to create dynamic content instead of flash) but again, it needs to be compatible with iPad/ iPhone users. I can provide all the source code/ flash files for the existing site, plus design files and/ or guidance for any new elements if required, but lack the technical skills to build a site of this nature (as you will see from the html version I created a few years back!). I use Flash and Dreamweaver (both CS3) and have enough knowledge of these applications to perform basic updates so would prefer finished files that I could then edit with these packages if neccessary. I would consider a CMS based system if this works out better, although I don't have Mysql/ Linux hosting at present and suspect my rather restricted budget may also be too low for this sort of work.
