Designer Needed on many levels.

We are in need of a great Graphics designer to help in banners, logos, pictures, site developement, page clean ups, etc. We have a few clients that we work with and new ones from time to time that are needing work done and we don't really have a designer on staff we can pull from. We have a project now - very small and not totally sure we will get, but if so it will open alot more doors for us in business. This current deal we are just looking for someone to do a few graphics for a website for cost - to help us open more doors with this client. You of course would get the work that would come in from this client as it does come in too. We have our own projects we are working on to make profits from but currently are also freelancing and building some joomla based websites - in which we need graphics work on... Each project would pay between $50 - $300, just depending on what is needed. It would be paid through here as well. This first project is very simple stuff. Please give me your cheapest cost upfront and some idea of how good you are, since we are working with businesses websites - not just a persons website.
