Design in Flash

Thank you for taking the time to review my project. This description of what is required is fairly lengthy but it is ESSENTIAL that you are fully familiar with the project requirements. It is vital to me that I select the correct person/team for this project and although the price is of high priority to me I am also keen to select someone/a team with a certain degree of quality. Now on to what I need: Over the past 10-15 years I have built various websites (I am a programmer but I do not do design/illustration). The time is now right for me to create my next website. This website will actually be based on a previous website that I created and subsequently sold. It is about fashion and competing with other users for fame and glory. The previous websites were primarily text based using photoshop images to display custom "dolls" using flash to bring the images together by laying them over one another to achieve the finished doll. For this new website I would like to take the concept further by making the game much more flash based. That is, users will be able to select from a wide variety of customizations to achieve their final doll. Such variations will include (but are not limited to): - Changing facial features, body shape, hairstyles - Clothing - Backgrounds The customization should completely take place within a flash environment and the final display of the dolls should also be flash based. The entire system must communicate SECURELY with a MySQL database. The remainder of the website will be created using PHP (You will not be required to code this but you must liase with me to join the website and the Flash elements together securely). The users will "battle" one another to see who is the best dressed and other users will vote on who they think is the best dressed. I am open to suggestions and improvements on these initial concepts and as a result it is quite difficult (for both me and you) to gauge a price without knowing the final concept at this stage. As a result, I would first of all like to talk to people about this project then agree a price based on a set of milestones and requirements. This is an exciting project for someone who is creative, has an interest in online games and has a passion to succeed. Having an interest in fashion is desirable but not essential.
