Basically, I need a certiciate design done as soon as possible (difficulties with a previous designer mean that we are extremely late with this) It should be an A4 landscape design - the usual certificate size, I'm not sure of the exact measurements other than that. It is for a school debating competition and we want the certificates to look professional certificates with a nice design, background etc. It needs to included our logo, which I have uploaded to this project and the following: "Congratulations for taking part in the Manchester National Schools' Competition 2009" and have at the bottom on either side, two lines for a signatures with names underneath - "Mark Uttley" and "Mohammed Azmat" Preferably I'd like it in some form of editable format so I can change text etc if neccessary. Thanks
