I have 2 small JPEG images in 480x604 pixels (see attachments.) Need enlargement & file conversion to Letter Size (8.5 inches x 11 inches) plus both files have to be EDITABLE in vector graphic file formats, i.e. maintain highest resolution in print by different sizes. If you can clone them in both Chinese & English version, that would be perfect! Otherwise, simply quote me on editable files and I will do the description myself! Files are attached. Need mock-up for review! You will be select and get paid immediately! Thanks in advance. (Some more design projects are in planning and will grant them to the selected designer.)
