Create Vector Outline from Provided Image

Hi, I run a small laser cutting business and regularly get requests from customers like this where vectors outlines need to be created from images for cutting against. Unfortunately the guy that usually does this has dissapeared on me leaving a vacancy for someone else that may appreicate the work. This particular project requires a vector outline of the image to be produced plus vector lines for the circle holes and letters. The end purpose for this image is to be cut out of acrylic and used as an ornament. No size guide has been given to me but the original size must be similar to what we imagine the real thing to be but being a vector we can enlarge it or shrink it as necessary later. The letters need to be modified slightly at the top and bottom so there is more material linking to the acrylic for strength. More work like this for the succesfull bidder. CorelDraw format is prefered for the final thanks Chris
