Corporate Identity 3D Cartoon or 3D mascot

Dear all, I need a cool funky cartoon character. BEFORE GOING THROUGH THE PROJECT I WISH ONLY BORN ARTISTS BID ON THIS PROJECT. IF I FIND THE SKETCHES ARE NOT AT ALL GOOD I WILL STRAIGHT WAY CANCEL THE PROJECT. I believe only born artists can do best cartoons. Most importantly It should become an identity of an organization (like the Mickey for disney, Michelin cartoon for Tyre company) I need the cartoon's behavioral 1 position which I will ask when the sketch is finalized. I need 4-5 sample sketches and one will be finalized and then proceed to make it into 3D. So kindly keep in mind to make it unique and funky. I want the the print ready files of the cartoon (i.e .psd, .ai, .eps, .tiff , .cdr etc) and in high resolution and low resolutions. Please no Milestone until sketch is approved.
