Design Infographic to illustrate the number of dogs euthanized in my country

Design Infographic to illustrate the number of dogs euthanized each year in my country. The infographic should make use of maps with regions, dog icons to illustrate the data. The data I have is for 2013 and the infographic should illustrate the total number euthanized in the whole country, make comparisons with other countries, highlight on specific region, illustrate the number of dogs handed in, number transferred to other rescues, number re-homed or reclaimed, number euthanized and the percentage. For anyone used of generating infographics, then this project should not take long to complete. I have attached some examples but the infographic does not have to look exactly like these. Whoever is awarded the project should provide a quick mockup so that I can get approval from the group before the final draft. The final draft should be in a layered .PSD so that I can make slight changes in the future if needs be.
