Animal designs

I am looking to have some animals drawn to be cut out with a laser engraver/cutter. For this first animal set, we will have need of 5 animals to be designed. They are a giraffe, lion, elephant, zebra, and monkey. Future sets will be 5 different animals. Due to how the laser reads the file, each detail of the animal will need to be a separate object with it's own stroke and fill properties. Each animal will need to be roughly .75" wide by 1.5 - 2.0" tall (19mm by 38mm - 50mm). Any details will need to have a line weight/thickness of at least 0.01" ( .254mm or .72 pt). I have attached three files for this project. The first file, [login to view URL], shows a bunch of animals that I really like the look and style of. This should give you and idea of what style I am looking for, but I do not want to just copy the ones in that file. They were designed by someone else and I need my own distinct designs. The second file, [login to view URL], is a file that was created for cutting on my laser. In it you can see that there is a red outline surrounding the turkey. This red outline is roughly 2mm away for the turkey. I need this same type of outline around each of the 5 animals in this set. My laser engraves the black ares in this file and cuts out the turkey long that red line. The third file shows that same turkey after being engraved and cut on the laser. You can see in that photo what parts of the image the laser engraved and what part it actually cutout. Files need to be delivered as AI files or CorelDraw files (the later is preferred actually).
