Arabic Style Caligraphy logo for the word "Noorish"

We are looking to make a Persian or Arabic style Logo of the the word NOORISH, for a organic health food cafe. We want to have the word in english, with a arabic calligraphy feel to it, and possibly include the word "Noor "(in Arabic as part of the design) which means divine light. We really like the mandalas on persian carpets, and were thinking of maybe making the 2nd "o" in noorish be the centre of a mandala which fades in teh background of the logo. I can attach some persian carpet design styles. The other possibility we were thinking was to have the backround of the name noorish be this intriquette Alhambra style design which i can attach as well. I will show you some examples of what another artist created, but to be honest we werent happy with it, we wanted the NOORISH to be more like arabic calligraphy writing, and there wasa no use of the mandala.
