Business logo design and branding

We are new company that designs and produces our own crew socks mainly aimed towards Gen Y. We are called Restless Socks and are looking for someone to work with our company to design a simple, yet impressionable logo for our company along with a typeface for our company name. For our logo, we are looking at using the Restless Flycatcher bird, which is a bird that is common in South Australia. We really just want the outline of the bird, without too much detail, but we would prefer to have the bird in flight mode, but aren't fussed if the wings are fully outstretched or not (we have attached some photos to show as examples) . These birds are known for their white chest, and we are thinking of having the bird logo put into a geometric shape like a circle, we are happy to leave the rest up to your discretion. As for the typeface for our company name, we are open to suggestions and just want something simple. We are happy for you to just let your creativity flow.
