Build a Website - Hash recovery

I am looking for the following website to be developed; 1. Welcome page, with good graphics that are tailored for my site. (NOT Joomla or Wordpress) The website will allow users to upload a list of hashes (password hashes) and pay us to attempt to recover them for the user. Therefore; 2. It needs to have a way for users to choose hash types, number of hashes they wish to upload and a price calculator to show them the total price. they can only upload ONE type of hash at any particular time. List of Hashes they can upload: MD5 (charged at $10 per 0-500 hashes, another $10 for 501-1000 etc etc) SHA1 (charged at $10 per 0-500 hashes, another $10 for 501-1000 etc etc) SHA256 (charged at $15 per 0-500 hashes, another $10 for 501-1000 etc etc) SHA512 (charged at $20 per 0-500 hashes, another $10 for 501-1000 etc etc) Wordpress/PHPPass (charged at $15 per 0-500 hashes, another $10 for 501-1000 etc etc) NTLM (charged at $15 per 0-500 hashes, another $10 for 501-1000 etc etc) WPA/WPA2 (single hash only, must allow file upload of .CAP file - charged at $18 per crack) Once the user chooses a hash type to upload, you should present them with a check-out page with the following; - Upload their file with their hashes or hash if WPA. - The system should count the number of lines in the hash file and work out the price based on the table above and what hash they chose. UNLESS they upload a .CAP file, then it defaults to the WPA price. - The system should ask for their email address to the invoice and delivery of cracked hashes. 3. After this, the user should be asked to confirm their transaction and should be redirected to PAYPAL to pay for it. 4. The system needs to wait for the response from PAYPAL and IF SUCCESSFUL, it should load the request in a mySQL table called "Confirmed Orders" or similar along with the hash type, and link to the file that was uploaded. 5. That is all that needs to be done, actual delivery of the hashes will be handled by us. Thanks,
