Build a Website for a models directory -- 2

Looking for a Modeling Site preferably in Wordpress though we are open to other Platforms as well so long as we have a FULL CMS We need it to be like a Pinterest format for the home page with Top Listings to be featured one\'s. There will be a slider for Special Events and Super featured model listings. We need to be able to modify slider easily for new events and each of the slides need to be hyperlinked to its own page for details. There will be featured listings and then regular listings. All listings are date [login to view URL] the latest listings show on top. Featured listings can be paid listings for a time period and ADMIN can also make them free if need be via admin panel. Models can submit their details via creating an account on our site after verifying their email and upload pics and their details. Once a submission is done the details are stored in the database and the details are also emailed to admin via email and profile becomes live only after approval from admin. If for any reason the profile cannot be approved, the admin should be able to send internal message to user for changes required before profile can be approved. User should be promoted to be a featured user ( paid listing ) while creating a listing and shown benefit chart of being a free Vs Featured member. They can choose Regular listing ( subject to approval ) or Paid featured listings. Both are subject to approval by admin. For each listing, Like Pinterest users can LIKE, Comment on the pics. Each pic once clicked will open the models own page. Where there will be upto 5 Pics per model for regular listings and 10 for featured listings. (see attached graphic) . Their details etc Height, weight, name, country etc. Type of model - category - Commercial, Runway, Catalog, Bikini , Lingerie etc They can email the listing to their friends, share via Social Media etc In case someone needs to contact the model for hiring them or for a message they will need to be logged in and the message goes to the model via the site to their email or via [login to view URL] direct contact info of model should be visible. Members need to upgrade to be able to send messages to models. (monthly paid memberships) For agency to view and communicate with models. Of course there will be search option to search for models based on certain criteria - Name, Location, age, category of model, hair color etc Members will be able to download composite cards for a model as well. Let me know what platform you will code in ( WP etc ) and exact cost and timeframe. All work done is ours and you cannot claim anyright to it or put it in your portfolio.
