Build a Website with good SEO

I want to set up a holiday property listing website.

The website will act as portal that will display holiday rental properties rent and individuals can use the site to list theoi property and paid for that property listing.

The User will be able to list the following on their listing:

Description

Photos

Rental Rates

Availability calender

Google Map.

Paid Option.

WHAT I REQUIRE FROM A CONTRACTOR:

1. - I looking for someone who has experience in developing a paid subscription / property portal website with good design skills.

2. Need to see past examples

3. Require a mock up of the website.

4. Only experience web / ecommerce designers please.

5. Must be able to integrate the membership section with payment option and a good admin function,

6. I do not mind if you use templates but you must be able to tweak it for my purposes.
