Build a Website in wordpress1

!!PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!! I have a specific site in mind (see attached file). This website needs to have a paypal account linked to it in order to sell merchandise (I.E. T-shirts, music). I also need the ability to update the website to add new products to sell. This website will need to be updated frequently due to the shows we play, so I will need complete access to add and remove shows to the website. I will also need the ability to stream our music videos from you tube directly from the website and have the ability to select (and change) the videos weekly. I'd like to also link our Facebook, Twitter, Reverbnation and Instagram account to the website. Another feature I would like (as it appears in the attached picture) is a free download to one of our songs in exchange for an email address. I will also need a way to maintain those email addresses in a database to send out email blasts. There is a link on soundcloud that allows you to do that. So to be clear, I'd like to take a VERY similar design (see attached), same colors and style, and replace Jimi Hendrix with the band Giffords Lane. The design will need to be RECREATED and NOT copied and pasted. In other words the freelancer will need Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills to design this style website.
