Hi, Please consider our bid apart from following two points. ‐ User can be guided to English page if Chinese are missing Application programming Interface -> Does that mean you need chinese + english [multi language] site? Consider approx 300 additional for the same. ‐ For iPhone and Android applications to download latest website information -> Does that mean you also want MOBILE APPLICATION for your site?
