I'm looking for a web designer who can improve my existing website to an extremely professional level. Im looking for a part time assignment from freelancers who can give around 4hrs everyday and we can workout payment terms on monthly basis. Knowledge of Ajax and photoshop is a must. Making site responsive and multiple theme designing will also be a part of entire exercise.

Hi.. If you have mockup of home page and inner page PSD work ready. WE can do html out of it and prepare theme plugins or whatever more work required later on. We have a knowledge of magento, opencart and wordpress. Please let me know what is your first assignment?
