Hi, need to create online loan web site (example [login to view URL]) on wordpress with creative template (possible to buy some wordpress template for up to 100$). Website must have registered user panel with loan history and active loan payment options. Website have to notify administrator or specific group of administrators via email when: 1. When new user successfully registers. 2. When user applies for a loan. 3. When user have overdue loan. Website have to inform user about: 1. Overdue loans. 2. Approved loans, 3. Declined Loans. In administration panel specific user have to have option to approve or decline loans. Website have to automatically add x % of loan amount of overdue loans. etc.
