Build me a wp - corporate website

The budget for this project is very, very small: $40, but more projects may follow this one, so, if you are a new freelancer and want to achieve your first feedback, this project is a perfect one. I ask you to develope a corporate website in wordpress. Pay attention: wp is already installed and working. The website is composed by 3 static pages (home, who we are, what we do), a contact page and a gallery. I will provide a few templates that I like (they are paid ones, but I do not want to buy them, otherwise I'd do it by myself) and a website you can use as reference. Note, pages and menus will be in italian language, but this won't be a major issue since I will follow you through the process. IMPORTANT: 1) we will communicate through skype, and we will communicate often throughout the development, so, if I see that you are not present, or you do not answer to me, or you are not available when I need, I will cancel the project and open a dispute. 2) you will not use - will NOT use - nulled or hacked or copied themes. If I found out that you are using stoled content, I will cancel the project and open a dispute. 3) first milestone will be symbolic, very small one. I will create the second only when I'm satisfied about your approach to this work. 4) I will release the milestones only after the job is fully completed and I'm fully satisfied. This project may be completed in a day for the right person. Again, budget is low, but take this project as an opportunity to test your skill for further collaborations: THERE AREN'T PARTICULAR REQUESTS: just the overall look, 3 static pages, a gallery and a contact form.
