Create a simple Facebook app that manages a monthly contest of one of our products, leading people to like the page and post it on their walls

We want to add a Facebook tab with a small App where people have to click in order to enter a monthy contest. When they click the button, the user has to be prompted if he allows access to his information, as well as if he allows the app to publish one simple post on his Public profile. Once he clicks "Allow", we will collect his relevant data and get all his friends to see his post, bringing more people to our Facebook page and hopefully increasing our Fan base and brand awareness. After this, he is automatically redirected to our web site. On a monthly basis, we will want to collect all the relevant information from the users that entered the contest, and obvisouly execute a random procedure that will give us the winner(s) for that month. The information from the users who entered the contest should be extractable in a CSV specific format (to be determined), in order for us to upload it to our CRM suite.
