Create a website for healthy ageing commuity

Project Description: Scart Ltd. is seeking a forward thinking and progressive individual(s) with a proven track record in web design. We would prefer to engage with a start-up or freelance consultant that can be engaged on an ad-hoc basis. We are looking to build forum/blog/health news site for our non-profit healthy ageing community, which would contain information about health and lifestyle, coupled with article written by our editors. We require a dynamic website, with account management and full content editor functions for creating articles/writing forum posts/dynamically displaying articles written by members. We'd like the the website to allow for different kind of accounts for simple forum users, article authors, etc. We would like the website to have a stylish and easy to overview design. Desires 1) Plenty of visuals and intuitive interaction with website visitors. 2) Site should be dynamic / visually appealing 3) Site should be expandable with functions in the future In case of a successful realization of this phase I or building the website, we would like cooperation to be long term.
