Create graphic images / phrases / simple doodles

I need roughly 300+ images / words and phrases / doodles that I can use and add to my websites as cosmetics to liven up my sites. These will need to have a clean look. I will provide examples of the items I need created. I would like it if you could create several variations in addition to images I provide. Likewise, regarding the words and phrases, if you have any ideas or thoughts, I would surely welcome them. Some of the images I provide I've downloaded and others I've hand-drawn. The downloaded ones, I don't have royalty rights, so all the images need to be created without using existing images as we need to make sure there are no copyright problems. The images will include: ovals, brackets, check marks, bullets, stars, words and phrases, doodles, numbers, letters, line breaks, shaded divide bar, testimonial box, coupon template, arrows, underlines, buttons These images will need to be given to me in jpg , gif and png formats. These images will need to be created in 3 colors: red, blue and black. I believe the images should have transparent background.
