Create private label range - brand extension project

Brasserie Bread is Australia’s leading Artisan Bakery [login to view URL] We are primarily a wholesale bakery supplying artisan bread (and pastries & cakes) to over 300 top restaurants, cafes and hotels. We also have a very successful Café, retail shop, and training school co-located next to our wholesale bakery. During the past few years Brasserie Bread has become increasingly involved in the retail sector, and we now supply a growing number of deli’s and high-end supermarkets. Needless to say, branding and packaging has become an integral part of our business. The attached document below (BB-Existing [login to view URL]) gives you an idea of our existing packaging. We are embarking on a “brand extension” project and need a skilled designer to create a range of “private labels” incorporating our existing logo. See the attached Brasserie Bread style guide document (BB [login to view URL]). The first products we are looking to private label are Granola (Muesli), Olive Oil, and Jam. The attached document below (Sample [login to view URL]) gives you an idea of the current products we are selling in this range. The exact dimensions of the packaging (bags, bottles and jars) will be provided to the successful designer. The project will be divided into two phases (1) concept design (2) production of final artwork to go to print. We are seeking a professional designer with brand building / graphic development experience. You must also have specific experience in packaging design. Also, please note: • you will be dealing directly with the Brasserie Bread, not an agency or intermediary • only experienced candidates will be considered and you must be able to provide multiple examples of your work relating to the above request • you will be required to sign an agreement relinquishing all your rights in the finished work.
