Architect-cum-3D Artist needed

I am a 3D Artist. Recently, one of my clients have assigned me an Architectural Visuzlization project. I thought that he would give me Architectural Diagram as well. But, unfortunately, he could not provide me with any architectural drawing. So, before starting the 3D elevation of that project, I want an Architect to make the Plan for me so that I can take it in my CAD and 3dsmax program and then render out for my client. This is what my client told me: "I am an owner of 100 feet by 120 feet land. I want to make a single family resident for myself on that piece of land. I need a 3D presentation with architectural accuracy before starting of the construction of my house so that I can see my little dream-house in advance. I will also submit this plan for the approval of our local housing authority." Unfortunately, I am a 3D Artist and NOT an Architect.
