I am looking for a freelancer - NOT A COMPANY - based in Bucharest to build an educational platform website AND to eventually to do web-marketing for it (SEO, social media, etc.) The professor is now interacting with its students by email, skype and would like to have a website platform to: - Directly interact with students on a shared platform, accesible by password by both the professor and each student; Interact = students post files, professor posts feedback on files, etc. - accept payments from students through paypal, direct card, etc. - the website should be SEO-optimized from the start - optional: consulting with the students on a video platform embedded in the shared space. If it's too complicated, professor will continue to do video conferences on skype AFTER the website is built, web-marketing is needed: - SEO - social media marketing - SEM (limited budget) - referral marketing etc. Your offer will be considered ONLY if you are from Bucharest/Romania and if you propose specific technical details: CMS to use, educational platforms as examples, video conference solution, and marketing solutions.
