Hello everyone, This is a very good thing here I am posting. I have recently lost my web designer (who has been my web designer for many years now). So in short: I am looking for a new web designer for STEADY work. There ARE requirements. Working with me is Simple. But I do have some requirements you have to meet. 1) Be Fluent in Wordpress 2) You MUST be able to work FAST. 3) You MUST create the website WITH me. Meaning, while you are making it. I am on the other end on SKYPE directing you ect... 4) You MUST be ready to take on constant work. 5) Being on Skype with me during every project is a MUST. If you cannot do that. We cannot work. 6) I am on Eastern Time in the U.S. Please be ready to work on my time. 7) Do not inquire if you are not ready to complete the whole project. 8) You must be creative. 9) You must be Cool. I am laid back. Bust when we have a site to make. WE MAKE IT. THAT DAY. Every Job I give you is project based. I pay at the end of the day. Because we finish the site at the end of the day. If you are going to work with me. I will pay for edits. SOMETIMES. Like I said, I am cool. Don't expect to make money from the smallest edits. Be prepared for edits. If you cannot crunch and work with me to complete a website within 1 day. Do not inquire. Anyways. I do not care to pay through moneygram and pay through paypal. If this sounds like you. Then be prepared to have some fun, make a friend, make some money and bust some shi* out.

please note posted amount is not anything to do with our contract as it's just average fields filled by freelancer. we will talk in detail on how do we manage payments on projects.. all payments will be through Freelancer.com, for every project we are going to work, the milestone/payment will be escrowed after we discussed it's details on freelancer.com after that we will start working on it, i will be available during the project time on skype, but don't expect me to act like your employee.. i will rather loved to work as partners. I am very fast on projects can turn any PSD file/ Concept into WordPress theme within few hours, so you may get two to three finished projects in a day if you wanted to. there will be limitations on work sometime where i can't make it or know much regarding the project, so you understand that and we will pass that project to next project. Hi dude, thanks for your post! This is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm currently working on my own wordpress site at robertbrightsite.com. I have been studying html, css, and a little php for the past 4 or 5 months. I also have experimented with dreamweaver and flash through adobes flash app. I know you said fluent in wordpress, and I almost didn't bid. But I was like, wordpress is so much easier than Dreamweaver and I was making sites with that so I know I could master that sh#t fast. I'm very creative, that is probably my strongest point other than my relentless, sickening, work ethic. I will stay on a task for hours on end without even taking a freakin drink of water until it is complete. Things I am: Relentless, creative, brutally honest, social, easy going, cool, influential, funny. Things I am not: Desperate, A freakin amazing computer scientist, bill gates, steve jobs, etc. My point is, I can be of great assistance to you. I also can make sales like no other because of my prior sales experience with DirectTV. Oh and by the way English is my NATIVE language. I live in VA. You sound like a cool person to work with. Just ignore my bid, we can discuss the pay later. I just really wanna get into this hardcore. If you chose me, your gonna be glad that you did.
