Technical Requirements: - responsive design (suitable for desktop and smartphone use in the one code set) - copyright-free material - I wish to retain full ownership of all IP including graphics - it should be developed as a set of html, javascript, image files, and stylesheets - the doctype should be html-5 compliant - all delivered code must be error-free - no database required, no PHP required Deliverable: A set of relevant files that I can maintain myself and upload to my own ISP. Purpose of Website: To present, with a modern look and feel, the company and the services offered. The image is to be that of a professional services business.
