Hi My co-founder and I have recently started a new company and we are now looking for someone that could help us develop a website. We have a pretty good idea how the site should look like and all functions that will be needed. The site is basically a real estate site where lessors put up their apartments and lessees can either search or put up a request for an apartment. We are developing a more efficient and easier way of renting apartments in a country in Europe. Here are some of the main features: • Registration/login for lessors and lessees to add apartments • Main page should contain: - Search function for available apartments with criteria for number of bedrooms, baths, price and so on - Map where all apartments are displayed at their actual location - All the information you need and also contact options when clicking on an apartment. The information might be displayed with some kind of drop down solution so that you still remain on the “main page” • Information page with some details about the company and a FAQ • Payment solution for adding apartments that we need to integrate • Banner for advertisement The site should be really convenient and easy to use. The main page is basically where all the searching for apartments will be done either by looking at the map or using the search function. Attached are some links to themes/sites that have some of the main functions that we are requesting. We may possibly already have some usable code. [login to view URL] - We are looking for something close to this page. We like the structure where the map is displayed in the top followed by a list of apartments.
