Design a Website Mockup

Medical Monitoring Device Admin UI Design and Wireframe Mockup,Axure,Flash,html,Balsamic Seeking UI wire frame mockup expert to create a medical sensor admin management interface live simulation. We prefer a simulation as close to real web management interface as possible. We are leaning to use Axure,Balsamic, pure html or flash technologies but we are open to other mockup simulation packages. It is important for the candidate to have graphics design expertise like photoshop and not just wire frame expertise as report and data chart simulation will need to be designed. Again, The actual mock up it for a medical device admin dashboard and medical sensor management interface. Medical device includes various medical and environment sensors which need to be enable/disabled remotely. In addition sensor output and historic data needs to be charted to produce further meaningful results. Some basic account management and user login credentials should be build in to the admin interface. More information will be provided upon engagement.
