Our team make an IT startup. We need to find a designer who can help us with structuring of our PSD mockups. We've got pretty big amount of them but they all are not quite ready for web developing. This guy who we are searching for has to be with a following abilities - understanding the idea of PSD mockup logic and folder positions for making web team's life easier and work enjoyable. - ability to stick to the plan and idea of our project, mockup goals - nice grammar of layer's names and folders, short titles, additional comments to them if needed - mockup bags fixing, pixel size changing without artefacts - creativity of structure creating (aim it on first bullet idea here) - ability to work with a web developers and explain them what they need to know Pics of work example before and after
