Design a Website Mockup

Hi there! I am looking for an individual designer to join my small team. We have a lot of work and had to outsource a lot of design but I never found THE ONE that will stick with us, the one we can count on. We usually offer our clients 3 concepts based on their specifications. They give us the logo (if any - or we make it), they tell us the style, websites they'd like their site to look like and any other catches there might be. The designer initially makes 3 home-pages/landing pages. Once the client picks the he likes we do the final edits to the home/landing page and then make rest of the pages. We mostly need: 1. Homepage 2. Content Page 3. Contact Page This is A MUST, but sometimes we need special pages such as: - Services - Our Team (some special theme for presenting individuals). Above written is for all projects. The project we plan to start with will be a bigger one and we'll need 6-7 pages designed. Client: Is a moving agency (moves people and their stuff from one location to another location). The catch is that all of these guys are firefighters and that's their "thing". They built up a name as firefighters/movers and they want to keep that style. They have a logo (which will be delivered to the designers we find interesting) and main colors are (guess!) Red/Yellow. We have a website that we like, so we can take a look at that site and go through it together. Payment: I am looking to pay decent amounts of money for good work. Please understand that we're not a large company and that we don't have unlimited budgets but we have regular work. I usually make milestone payments, 4 of them, at the very acceptance of the project, after something is provided and then the last two after we start working on the other pages. With time we will get to know each-other so the payment won't be an issue. You are: - Fluent in ENGLISH (I mean, really fluent, I need to talk to you on daily basis and I don't want to write something 30 times in order for you to understand) - Diligent - do the work you're asked to do, and we'll respect you! - Innovative - be a designer, not a copycat! - Responsible - on time, on time and on time!
