Design a Website Mockup

Dear freelancers,

This project is about designing parts of the UI for an online web application.

What I would like you to do is to design how the header, footer and navigation panels (on attached pictures marked in red) should look like and if necessary propose a potential improvements for the content of the pages (marked in green color).

I don't want you to actually implement it, but just provide me with the images of your propositions, what colors should be used, fonts etc.

The important thing is that this is an application and not a presentation website, so the useability is a great part of the design.

In my opinion it should be rather minimalistic and simple design but all good suggestions are very welcome.

In the attachment I am providing the screenshots of the application with some content and also two logos that should be placed in the proposed solution.
