Design wiz required to take concept drawing and create realistic beautiful web mockup

Take a basic existing mockup design and work your magic. Change everything. The graphics, the layout, the colours, the text. Make it look and feel like a modern website. Add icons, profile links etc. Deliver in Photoshop or similar design software in a ready format to give to web development team. Lot's of infographics, pie-charts, line graphs etc. (which can be repeated in the design). Social networking element underlying the usability of the site. I don't want the existing design sent back, it must be original and beautiful. This site will not be built on a CMS. If it's great I will get you to design all the pages for the entire site.
