Creation of EDM Advertisement - repost 3

My HKG based Hair Dresser is currently going through an intensive rebranding campaign. I have been working with a HKG design house and they have been running behind schedule I now have an defined brand personality, brand essence, a prototype for a logo, and they are continuing to work on the next phase of collaterals. My issues is I have been handed a great opportunity to sponsor an event in 2 weeks time which reaches over 500 plus of my target audience, so I have accepted the sponsorship although I don't yet have all my brand collaterals ready I will need to partner with a talented graphic design to put together one of two key collaterals to ensure I make the event deadline. The first I need by cob WEDNESDAY 4 September is a EDM advertisements which will be pushing out to all events participants by the end of the week But I envisage many such pieces of work will be required for not only this events but many other promotions soon So I hope to form a good working relationship I ma happy to share all the design house work to date so we can keep all in the same theme. I am Hong Kong based, so would prefer a Asian time zoned FL, but happy to consider others as long as we can work the same time zones Thanks for your quick reply
