Build a Website and convert to wordpress

Bids in the region up to $300.00 I need an experienced web developer to build a website in HTML and to convert it into Wordpress. I need hosting and a web address to be purchased for me (this will be included in the price I pay you). I will need the developer to have a good portfolio of previous work and the ability to communicate effectively with myself often about the progress. Please include the word “COOLING” in your reply to confirm you have read and agree with this. The details are all included in the attached word document and I will not be ginving much more guidance than this, so please make sure you are happy with the instructions before we proceed. Payment will be made with a milestone of £20. Once accepted to cover the cost of purchasing domains and hosting, then there will be one milestone of half, paid when I agree on the layout of the graphics on the page. I will want images sending to me off the layout of the pages, to confirm or otherwise whether the layout is acceptable or not. Please see the wireframe layouts below and a couple of examples of what I want it to look like. I will send over the text and details to go into the pages themselves at a later date. But I will need the website setting up in wordpress. I will need a landing page, with two graphics to act as “buttons” which direct to two different pages. The landing page will need an email address… INFO@......COM which will need to be set up for me also. The page will need an enquiry box with a spam filter that potential clients can use to contact the INFO@....COM email address. I would like the page to look a bit like this theme here [login to view URL] but obviously more precise to the actual job.
