Build a Website

The objective is to establish an eCommerce site in Arabic dedicated to the Saudi market. I have not decided if it will be WordPress or open cart but I am inclined to go with wordpress Technical Characteristic of the website: 1. To be compatible with tablets and phones 2. To have different types of account in terms of admin 3. To have a distributer/ reseller interface that can log in the end buyer information and collect the money 4. To have an affiliate program and a referral program. Preferably a promotional code lined to an affiliate program 5. To have a logical sequence for the options of the same product ideally like "Product Builder" in Shopify apps. 6. Buyers must create an account in order to finalize sales process 7. To allow for the buyer to upload this documents 8. To allow for the buyer to have a list of documents he can download and track the list of physical goods he should receive. 9. To allow the buyer to track his perches status 10. Reporting the different types of sales with the options 11. Mail notification (internally/ externally) for mile stones 12. Can automate the sales process without having back office. 13. Can have a wish list for the buyer 14. Can interact with social media accounts 15. Can have a google maps location distributes 16. The product can have a chat box underneath it 17. Live chat 18. Track performance of distributes 19. Can have access to different design firms with relevance to related products 20. Can filter products based on city 21. Can have logical reasoning in land discerptions. The different pages in the website: • Main page: to be simplistic about an intro about the concept and sample of products • How to order (educational): this is an education page explaining the process and steps the buyer will go though in the sales process and what he needs to watch out for. He will be educated that he has the option to go to one of the distributes and buy it from there. • Product pages / cart checkout : this has the gallery of product that he will select from and later on he will go through the different options to customize this product with quality check that this product fits is land. The product will have a discussion board for people to comment. • The team (how are we) (consortium): this team shows the consortium that are contributing to the solution • My account: he logs in to access his dashboard. If he is an end buyer then he can see this purchased items with its configuration. Can download the softcopy of the product. Can track the progress of the municipality approvals. Can track the progress of the physical goods. If the he is an distributer/ reseller then he can track this sales, the names of people he sold to, the progress of the people, payments… . if he was an affiliate then he will see the number of sales he managed to close and his earnings, technical assistants (his links and promotional codes) … • Sample of outcome: this page will show detailed list of what he will receive with sample documents. • Reading materials / links: this will contain articles, documents to download, videos … • FAQ • Be part of the team: this is for requiting distributers/ resellers, affiliates… • Contact us: for contacting the site administration & distributers/ resellers
