I'm looking for someone who can design and develop an eCommerce website with Paypal gateway function "flea market" for charity purposes, may I know if you can assist me in that? It will be something like Ebay and [login to view URL] :) It's like a buy and sell website with donations and reward system :) My budget is around $300 Singapore dollars. Do let me know if you can help with this budget :) Please let me know as I am using my own money to help raise funds for the Charities.
