Hi, Looks like you have a really exciting project there! I understand my bid is completely outside your advertised budget, however It is completely inline with the work involved. I am a qualified mechanical engineer and spent 20 years working with gokarts and have designed many chassis. I also have vehicle dynamics qualifications and have spent many years designing transmission and suspension systems for many vehicles, as well as working professionally in single seat race teams. The level of work required from your description would take at least 2-4 weeks to do properly, and that is without any testing and refinement of the design on track, which would be required depending wether this is a commercial project, or just a personal one. That said I am sure you will find people on here that will tell you they can do it for less time and $$.
