Adjust 2 Wordpress templates (sites)

Please make sure to read before reading. If the fallowing details are not completed at our satisfaction you won't get paid. We have 2 freelance sites. *For 2 websites* It was built from existing wordpress themes. At the end you guys have to test the site and make sure that there is no bug and certify it. After this completion the site has to be at launching state. Here what has to be done: 1) Install a plugin to translate the webpage in other languages 2) Change few background color, menu colours and button color/style 3) Password field has to be replaced 4) Change layout for HOW IT WORKS SECTION 5) Remove feed rss button 6) Look if there is a batter way to organize the menu and layout on the webpage 7) Remove a header 8) Install facebook login 9) Install Chaptcha on any kind of form about 3-4 forms 10) Install internal chat app that will show online users or freelancer 11) User has to be able to upload his picture 12) Create a SSL webpage when a password is put in. 13) Insert few pictures ( at the end ) 14) Maybe some 2-3 other small modifications while all above is completing. I Made the list just to make sure that there is no confusion. The job it self is not very long. Since its the same template for the second webpage, all above has to be implemented on the second page. The 2 Web site has to be tested at the end of the project to make sure all the functionalities works fine..
