Animation Video for Rare Disease Charity

I want to hire someone to help me with a video that will be played at a big music festival. The film will be about a world traveling shoe, called the MSA Shoe. The Shoe represents a rare, rapidly neurodegenerative and fatal disease called Multiple System Atrophy. Because the disease is rare, there is little public attention about the disease. The Shoe acts as a symbolic marathon to help raise awareness about MSA. I want to portray the Shoe as it travels around the world, visiting various world landmarks and then arriving in Detroit where the festival is located. If this video works out, there may be a possibility of creating another video, which will be longer and more a wider audience. Here some example images for the video.
