I have been working on Big Commerce for many years now and know the system very well. We run a jewelry business. We updated the theme last year and is very responsive. I have also made a lot of modifications to the theme and are not ready to totally change it. What we want is some one with top notch web designing skills to:

Expand the menu to mega menu

Play with the user interface and improve it as much as possible

Improve Speed

Play with the color codes and improve visual appearance

Once you review the project, we will ask you to give you input on whatever you think can be done... We need someone very creative and with exceptional web designing skills.
