I have setup books before Hello, I am a graphics and layout designer. I will like to set up your book of 50 pages with 42 illustrations using InDesign. I will follow your instructions in setting up the book as you have done in the Word file. I will convert the illustrations to CMYK using Adobe Illustrator and cover the cover using illustrations and font in Adobe Photoshop, which I will then import into the InDesign file and run pre-flight. I have setup books before. Dear Potential Danish Employer, My name is Linda. I am a Dutch Graphic Designer and I am interested in your book lay-out project. Over my career I have worked on a very wide variety of lay-out projects: books, reports, brochures, etc. Starting off with QuarkXPress, but working with Adobe InDesign since 2002 (when it was first introduced). From what I understand, you need a conversion from word to InDesign. Please make sure the images are high-res (300dpi @ 100%. + make a pdf of your word file (reference) as well so we can be sure nothing changes, which sometimes happens by switching files/computer/software (PC to Mac?).
