Hello, What we understood about your requirement is that you need an website information based website with 3 different language. 1) We will use wordpress so that you can edit content easily. 2) Responsive template we will use 3) Do you have logo 4) You need an superhero image (jpeg) like your attachment using your image and it will be use as background image of the theme? 5) We will set up plugin for multilingual (polylang) . Admin need to add/edit content for each page under each language. 6) user can switch language flag in front end. 7) Milestone require, release when job complete. Looking for a chat.
