Build a Fundraising type of Website -- 3

I'm looking to have someone help me build a fundraising website. A site where an individual or group can start a "fundraising" campaign. I.e. they set a goal to raise $x amount for a particular cause. The fundraisers should be able to see who contributes, and what % of the goal has been achieved. The foundation of the website is nothing new. Where I will be adding value is through little functions here and there (nothing too complicated) and really focusing on a niche. Websites with similar themes (albeit much more complicated models) are: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], www.kiva.org. Again, the model I am envisioning will be a lot less complicated than the aforementioned sites. I envision a main home page where users can do a quick search for a campaign, and where users can post campaigns. I have all the wireframes worked out. I would like the site to be built on a platform like wordpress that I can easily work with and would appreciate a quick tutorial on the admin functions of the site once built. I am not opposed to having the site built over an already existing wordpress theme etc so long as you're able to tailor it to my needs and it saves me time and $. I am looking for the site to be completed within 2 weeks from the day it’s awarded. If you are interested, Great! Please sign the attached NDA form - I'll be looking for it before talking.
