Build a Giveaway Website Using Steam and OpenID

You must have a steam account in order to complete this project. I want you to make a website similar to [login to view URL] with a few differences. Front end/back end. Not the entire website - just the link above. Users can log in with their Steam account and interact using their steam ID. [login to view URL] I believe it is a form with input fields. Then it posts that info on a different page. There may be a timeout function to show how much time is left to enter, some basic math functions to calculate chance of winning, some AJAX for the recent entries and comments section which updates instantly with the post method. Unlike the link above, I do not want the ability to "create" available to every user. For now, I will be the only one who has access to that function. I expect the bandwidth usage from this website to be under 5 TB per month outgoing given at least 15M impressions. Disk storage should be kept to a minimum. Must be mobile optimized, cross browser friendly. All code must be commented so future improvements can be made easily. Code must be cleansed from injections. The nav bar which is affixed in the header will include open giveaways, past winners, donate, support and the footer will include a contact, about, terms of service, privacy policy, advertise page.
