Build Page and Make some edits to site (X-Theme)

Hi, It looks like a super easy job for me. I can do this in a day or two. I've worked dozens of times on X theme of Wordpress so it won't be a big deal for me. I’m an expert with Wordpress and have been playing with it since it’s launch. I know it's inside out, so no website is complex for me when it comes to design it on Wordpress.
